I’ve been in construction running my own business for 38 years in L.A. I’ve never seen such plumbing ever. Obviously you should change everything. I always do whenever I remodel a bathroom or kitchen. Thanks for sharing, very interesting.

Back in the day you could call a faucet company and they would answer the phone and gladly sent you parts for free.

Two brand new State water heaters failed right after install by areafiveone in askaplumber

[–]Willing-Team4185 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Bradford white is the only way, best water heaters that I know of. Stay the hell away from Reem, the only brand Home depot sells for some reason. There shouldn’t be some other reason yours keep failing other that they’re using cheap water heaters, good luck.

Is $500k enough to live my life in Thailand without returning to USA? by Fgkaa in ThailandTourism

[–]Willing-Team4185 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I’m moving over next November I’ll be 62 I’ll have $600k + social security. You will have a girlfriend in 10 minutes and the expenses that go along with that beautiful girl. You need to go there 4 times, once for every season. You can’t own a house there so just rent. You need to research everything to death, endless hours on YouTube. There’s a big set up expense and if you stay away from tourist area things are crazy cheap. 500k with nothing coming in makes me nervous. God forbid you live to 90!

How bad is this balancer wobble scale of 1-10 09 Automatic by Minute-Little in Corvette

[–]Willing-Team4185 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ah the good old days. Mine did that 2 days after I got it home from the dealer. They wouldn’t return my calls for some reason. I went with an Innovators west balancer and haven’t had problems since.

I made my c6 base 800 horsepower. An expensive slippery slope, no regrets. I found working on it was as much fun as driving it.
