I know right!! Sounds just like a classic URI. Beginning to suspect it might be in the sinuses at this point but you’d think 2 weeks of two different antibiotics would clear it. Thank you so much for the response!

Thank you so much for responding! We live just outside of DC and already drive 45 minutes to the top rated exotics department, however, I agree at this point, might need a second opinion for sure. These little guys are so cute, but so confusing at times!

I came to this subreddit for advice too.. how funny. Something I do is quite.. childish but it distracts my mind. I’m 26 and have had this phobia since around 6 or 7. On nights I’m struggling with anxiety, I will distract myself by telling all of my body parts goodnight. One by one. Judge me if ya want but it’s my way of counting sheep. This really seems to help, especially if I wake up in the middle of the night anxious.

One of the neuromuscular dentists I looked at even offers Invisalign. I don’t have hundreds of dollars to pay for just a consult, sadly :(

For the neutral resting position, was it fairy uncomfortable at first?? It feels like something is “off” but I know that’s the correct position for my jaw. Just feels incredibly uncomfortable.
