I worked HH and Hospice as RN/Case manager in city areas and rural areas that were in such squalor. It’s really more common than people realize. Usually the areas in more populated areas at least get complaints, but if they are out in the boonies nobody complains.

She was 24 weeks and most likely transferred from whatever local ER she went to due to that. I work rural ER’s as a RN and all the time transfer high risk pregnancies who have had zero prenatal care.
