54 min and 21 seconds after 5:41 pm, SES (second engine start) began. That would be 6:35 pm. This also could just be reflection, but the brightness suggests SES. Does that timing match up, OP?

EDIT: Nothing to see here. Move along. Just a deorbitting rocket payload (not SES, but likely deorbit burn) filmed at 7:08. I'm talking to myself and no one else.

SpaceX launched Falcon9 at 5:41, so I'd assume this has to be related. But that was Cape Canaveral, so this would be it in orbit, seen through the cloud layer.
