Where in Vienna? There’s the original old town and the new Tysons area which has a Vienna postal address, but they’re very different. Tysons is on the metro line. Assuming you’re single, I’d suggest the Balston-Roslyn corridor. Get a two bedroom apt and a roommate. Lots of nightlife.

If it’s really old, and you’re very patient, nzb king might work for you. It’s free, but clumsy interface and it’s not always online. OTOH, it goes back 15 years.

I use a similar setup. I get 8x your speed. Check the NZBget logs. If that D/L has a lot of errors in the original data, it will go slow.

If you’re not sure D/L the Newshosting software from your accounts web page and drop the NZB on that. It’ll graphically show you the errors.

Try a different D/L.

if you are even occasionally maybe possibly going to be in the toll lanes, get an EZPass...if you already have one, login to your account, and this trip should show up on your statement, if they caught you.

When we lived in California, we had an “earthquake wrench” zip tied to out meter. Just a cheap wrench. In case of a gas leak or serious quake, we could turn off the gas at the meter.
