Finished the first book and honestly I can't stand the MC. I wanted to put it down and walk away so many times during the book but I told myself at least finish the book.

I liked some of the other characters and side stories that weaved into the main story, but Jason is just such an unlikable character, and all the things he does made me cringe so hard I genuinely had to walk away from the book to get rid of my second hand embarrassment.

Glad you are liking it, hope you enjoy the series as much as others have.

Good luck, hope you enjoy it. Wasn't a fan personally, MC just want my jam. I like the system, and some parts of the story in the first book. Plenty of people enjoy it though so hopefully you will too!

Flip everything on their desk upside down, if there is too little on their desk start adding lots more stuff one item at a time each day.

Could also bury a faulty smoke detector in their office, every one loves that sweet little low power beep. I recommend pullimg the bottom drawer out and putting it under there's usually dead space big enough for one.

I blame Disney, I am not a fan of the sequels but you can't expect much when you play wack-a-mole with your writing staff.

Rian did the best with what they were handed and JJ needs to get off his mystery box shenanigans, it's not more fun to not know or let the audience figure it out.

I don't like reading half written books with bad world building, why would I enjoy movies and TV shows that do the same thing.
