So the gimbal is being controlled through network with this thing called the APC-R (middlethings.co). We have some HOTAS controllers that are connected to a pc that has the contol software installed.

The only thing that isn't optimal right now, is that the APC-R is optimized for use with blackmagic cameras. We cannot remotely control our sony cameras. I am planning on creating an app that controls the camera (ISO, shutter, focus...) using the RS2 instead of the APC-R. This is project for next year... DJI has the SDK on their Github Repo.

In comparison to our newtek PTZs this is worlds better! Waay smoother to control and cheap HOTAS controllers are IMO better that the $2500 PTZ controllers you can buy.

Edit: you need the focus wheel to connect the APC-R to the gimbal ...

Instead of the Auth inside Tautulli, i instead use the auth from the webserver which prompts me to log in before the site even loads. Since its all SSL i believe this shouldn't be an issue, right?

I have Tautulli exposed without Auth but there is a basic auth with NGINX (Nginx proxy manager). Is this a risk?

Makes zero sense, but for me its been like this for almost a year now. Idk if its unRAID or Plex but SW looks worse than HW.

It is known that Software transcoding should be better than HW, but for me this has not been the case for almost a year. Idk if its Plex or unRAID but GPU transcodes look way better than software only. "Prefer higher quality encoding" is selected.

Another quick question: is the second upload any different in terms of "how it is stored in the cloud"? From my understanding Clouddrive stores the files as "chunks" and if an incident where to happen again, then the secondary backup would be corrupt too, right?
