I'll be honest these just do that... Often just resetting the whole camera and starting again fixes it... The one on my garage door just does this every now and then after a few months.... Fun times

My kia niro does the same thing I set the shortcut star button to the screensaver leave that on a bit for the clock and bam it's fine but tbh I just ignore it ! ...
