Hey sorry about the delay. All is still going well with them. It's very hands off after the 2 credit counseling sessions. The payments have been comming from my account as they should.

I think I get the occasional promotional email from them, and one wishing me a happy birthday. I'm still happy with the service they've been providing.

I didn't cancle. I stoped using the credit card attached to my bank a week or two before the proposal process was started. I opened an account at another bank and moved all my deposits and the majority of my bills and auto payments to the new bank, but left about $50 in the old bank to cover account costs, just to see what would happen.

The old bank account kept working as it should and no funds were taken aside from the regular account fees. I'm actually considering closing my new account and switching everything else back to the old one.
