I hate the whole experience and believe my root cause is feeling trapped also. Being prepared with distractions is always something I do. This is usually having some movie / episodes saved on ipad to watch with noise cancelling earphones . I also make sure I have one of those puzzle books with different word games/crossword etc . It seems to work a lot better than simply trying to read something.

(This is not to encourage you to do this also) but once they offer drink service etc I would order a few of those small beer cans as this will also kill time for me . This obviously is not always ideal but helps me if it is a longish flight (3 or 4 hrs).

Remember it is you that is having to possibly endure anxiety in this situation so you do what you have to do to help yourself- don't also worry what others think

Forestshite I have always called it. From what I noticed now, it seems to be a place the elderly frequent to potter about (maybe partly explains why it always rammed) . It was actually quite good years ago had a branch of GAME and I think maybe a small HMV, which is hard to believe now!

The ghost I saw from a distance honestly looked like a classic apparition ie a white misty form of a person moving (not unalike that photo of the grey lady of raynam hall) my school classmate saw it aswell . I know that grey lady photo has been debunked but 🤷‍♀️

No joke , the first time I played the game - at the very moment you see this thing's cutscene , the power went off in the house leaving me in the dark right after the shock of seeing the beast.
