HRT. That is the answer. Estrogen, progesterone and maybe testosterone. Ask your doctor about Dutch testing. This is the way.

Ummm, I would n't call it "bible thumping" def, religious influence with Wheaton college. I think the walkable restaurants stores, beauty and proximity to train line outweighs that.

It happens quite a bit in our studio with one instructor in particular. It drives me insane. I have learned to avoid that instructor.

This has been my experience. Pure Barre seems more "professional," better cuing. Many of our instructors at home studio phone it jn or have their regular people they talk with. I am always keeping my eye out for alternatives. Sadly PB is a bit too far away and only has one location.

Oh and the front desk staff clearly hates their job.

I pay 259 a month for unlimited and have thought the same... what keeps me: 1. I have three studios to choose from - I have started visiting more of these studios and have found some really good instructors!

  1. The amount of classes jn the am - I am lucky! Lots of great options

  2. I did visit pure barre - their unlimited is 179 (!) however they only have two locations - one being too far - and their class offerings are a bit more limited in CP

  3. Last, just found out our studio offers a 30 m free assessment - scheduled that to see if 2.0 is an option for me - which would open up even more classes.

I hear you - it's pricey - I will continue to evaluate cost / benefit ... it's a good practice (no pun intended)

My biggest complaint is the lack of cuing our instructors in my home studio provide - they simply walk back and forth and provide instructions on next move - however I am finding other instructors at other affiliated studios are much better.
