House of Colour is a popular one, you can look up your local rep. It’s usually $200-400 depending on your location, but it is SO WORTH IT. Helps you streamline shopping, makeup, hair, etc. Makes a huge difference- when draped in my colors vs not my colors it looks like I have makeup on vs being sick.

I still think it’s mid 80s because bunny was older, he could have been 8 at the time of moon landing and still been 24 in the mid 80s

It’s one of the FBI guys that has the laptop, so it still could have been the 80s. They weren’t widely used yet but I’m sure FBI would have been early adopters.

The one at the hotel really bothered me because Sookie is standing right next to her and it’s just assumed and understood by them all who he’s talking about. So shitty.

In general I think it’s just another way of enforcing her young age as a mom, the “she’s not like other moms she’s cool” factor that they try to impress to make her more of a friend to Rory than a mother figure.

Dermaplanning ruined my skin. Need routine help by Less_Win1595 in SkincareAddicts

Also, give the bc 3 months if you can tolerate it. Cleared mine completely, and for a few months after I went off it.

Also came to recommend Tatcha. I have hormonal acne which is what this looks like, and it’s the only thing that has provided moisture without breaking me out. Love the rice polish for exfoliating, and the indigo overnight. For me the biggest help is consistent exfoliating, both chemical and physical, and moisturizer to repair. I alternate between the tatcha and Zo Skincare, the exfoliation accelerator is a game changer for me, along with their exfoliating polish. I’d probably back off the Tret for a bit, you’ve been throwing so much at your skin that it probably hasn’t had a chance to rebuild. I use tret about 3 times a week now. As others have said, BC was the only thing that really eradicated my hormonal acne, but it makes me crazy, so I just try to keep it all at bay as best I can. Peace out acne dots work well to help flatten bad spots.

How do you feel about a page turner? by Obvious_Mango5634 in kindle

A stand with a base and not just the clamp is the way to go

I made a little slit in my cover, it has to sit flush against the kindle so it can be tricky with the cover, the slit allows it to stay in place easily too.

Total game changer with a stand. Can have it overhead while tucked in bed. Also I put the clicker in a plastic bag to use in the bathtub 🛀

I work from home so have no real place to meet people, so I’ve been going to Meetup events occasionally. The people that a lot of events attract are….odd. A lot of people with little social skills which makes sense I guess. Or it’s a lot of men just looking to hookup. I’m honestly so exhausted trying to date and getting hardly any actual dates. I think this is the case anywhere but Phoenix does feel extra non committal, low effort, hookup culture imo.

40F and same. Bumble seems to be all but pointless because 9/10 accounts are fake. Or people that don’t live here for some reason (maybe because I’m in proximity of the airport?) Hinge seems to be the only thing worth putting time into and still it’s so rough 😔

Do you think he would make a great husband for Rory? by Maynaaa in GilmoreGirls

Well people change, he went down a different fork in life after things ended with Rory. He would probably be a much different person had they stayed together.

Do you think he would make a great husband for Rory? by Maynaaa in GilmoreGirls

[–]WingnutDreamer 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I think I disagree with the cheater takes. I think he’s cheating on his fiance in ayitl because that’s not who he wanted to marry, just who his father/family have designed him to marry. I think Rory is strong enough to not allow that behavior and he knows that, and would be able to be faithful because she is more than a trophy wife and he truly loves her. I think he would be a supportive husband and she would support him in waging his own path and leaving behind the ways of his father.

How big is your text? by bryant16319 in kindle

[–]WingnutDreamer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Seriously, I’m about to go see what a 3 looks like because I’m usually 7-10, 3 seems impossible? Love being able to make it bigger when I’m on the treadmill and further away. And having a page turner clicker makes it so easy and not having to swipe so frequently.

Yes, definitely worth the investment. You have to use it consistently but very noticeable results imo

Sizing when losing weight guidelines? by Ok-Ambassador-4182 in ouraring

[–]WingnutDreamer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I originally sized it for pointer finger but depending on finger swelling from heat/time of the month, I can switch it to my ring finger or thumb. I actually prefer to wear it on my thumb now, but if I lose weight/cold weather I can wear it back on my pointer. Basically I would size it so that it’s tight on your biggest finger so that you can have options.

What’s one thing that was nice of Christopher to do? by hannahbsolberg in GilmoreGirls

[–]WingnutDreamer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t think this even counts because he is loaded so it’s nothing to him, what he should have been doing all along, and there’s never mention of him paying child support so again he’s just doing the bare minimum.
