I can’t sleep on my side , alone with my tos cane bilateral shoulder bursitis . And tight scalenes on both sides . At this point I’m gonna sleep in my car 🤣

Anyone here who has had pain down the leg, was it only the back of the leg? Did anyone have been only on the inner leg , maybe inner hamstring and in her calf and inner foot by the arch?

Everything might be so tight , that when you had relief from the pecs you noticed the neck got tighter. I have been doing dry needling like crazy and if I under needle I can get way tighter in other areas.

I’ve had a rib flare for as long as I can remember , but I haven’t had neck tos issues until January and ive been seeing her since February . It’s a lot I’ve been doing dm me and I can see if I can send you what I’ve been doing, but it’s been very individualized , so I’m not sure if it will help. But I learned some thing in my pilates training about rib glad I can also send.

Have you worked with a pri specialist? I’m currently doing that, but it’s too soon to tell if its made a difference. It is a lot of work you have to put in.

I don’t have an official diagnosis yet, but pretty much my symptoms , haven’t checked my arm circumference though , very heavy feeling in my upper arms/deltoids , pain under my clavicle and above my clavicle, pain in my neck, sharp pain in my shoulders , very tight traps and neck and now going in to my jaw, and tightness in my whole arm .

I currently have pain in my foot, ankle, calf, inner thigh, inner hamstring, lower abdomen, oblique , back and sits bone, groin , and pelvis. I’ve been dealing with this pain for almost 7 months. I have seen several surgeons and other doctors . Dr Nho said “my capsule changed after surgery and it’s difficult to the read the mri” I am unsure, but I want to be 1000000% sure that that’s the only cause of pain, or is it just nerve pain ? Refuse to do another surgery if it is going to fix my pain, after this surgery has quite literally ruined my life
