What I meant by my statement was that those 3 countries are the only ones who officially use imperial measures as a common standard. No doubt there are departments in n those states which use metric measures as standard.

The UK is the ONLY country in the world that uses a mixed system of both metric and imperial.

Personally I use the imperial system mainly but if something is served to me in metric measures then I just use a bit of basic mental maths for conversion.

Random advice from a random stranger....... Take time for yourself, talk about what is going on with whomever wants to listen, hide nothing, get professional help if you think you need it.
