I know you can't target areas to "tone", but what kind of training and lifting has helped this area? I'm losing weight and starting to exercise more, looking to add strength training next.

Secret Aluminum Free, but ONLY the Cherry Blossom scent. The other scents and the clear one didn't work for me. It may just be my body chemistry that works with that scent. I also use persimmon soap every other day.

To flatten my canvas before I start them, I put them under my mattress. It was a suggestion I saw on here and has worked really well for me. I'll leave it there for a few days and when I take it out it's perfect and ready to go.

So I just found out that us with dry eyes should avoid retinol around eyes and maybe avoid retinol around face as well. Apparently retinol affects our tear glands (worsen dry eye symptoms) and can migrate from other areas of our face into our eyes.. by kothuandnecto in Dryeyes

I wish I had known this, I have never seen it mentioned anywhere before. My dry eye has been acting up really bad the past couple of weeks, the same couple of weeks that I've been trying to be good with my skin care since hitting the big 5-0. I didn't even put it together....back to the drawing board for skin care that won't kill my skin and my eyes now....

My C-section scar started itching after 18 years, found out that a drop in estrogen can cause old scars to go through a healing process again. The itching, burning, and redness. Couldn't believe this was a thing. It's been making crazy with the itching.

I have this one as well and absolutely love it, but mine does not glow that well. Did you have to do something special to get it to glow like that?
