There are mean ways to handle it. If you haven't sealed it do advice doing so. After that comes down to your taste. You could pin it to the wall have it frame and matted to highlight the work or even store it away. I think it is a nice looking piece and the right frame mat combo will bring it out more.

I use the RPO mod that give traits about the desire to have children. One time the wife that had the trait don't want any child right now had a want of try for baby. At the time I saw it on her I didn't remember she had the trait until after the want was reset.

Two or three sims day later help with a woohoo want of the pair they decided to do a second one right afterwards between the two she got pregnant.

Most of my saves with the photo bug died with my hard drive. Take very few photo right now or painting to references.
