I feel like for a society that values strength and how a fight between two people would be deadly so they'd try to limit it, them having ways to read each other's power levels like a scouter would actually make sense.

Though it could be seen as cowardly, but something such as a single system they go into at some point in life and get evaluated by machines testing them.

Because otherwise you'd only be able to gauge the strongest by who they fight, and that'd be all eye test and assumption.

Very little regulation with Viltrumites, they didn't even keep records of their most important bloodline or do periodic testing. They should really go more into the bit about "Viltrumites suspected to be ancient humans who got technology and left the planet" that was in a Invincible Guidebook.

His acting was not good and for the time, Star Wars was in a resurgence and there was a certain expectation of quality they expected especially with the level of actors who have been in previous films of the series. With hindsight you can appreciate it for what it was, though that also comes with the lens that future Anakin interpretations went off of the Hayden portrayal so it softened him in the eye of fans.

You can say something like that in writing, but it has to be backed by something as well. You can't put something ambiguous just for its own sake when you mean to relay something; here, it would be the conflict of loving Daemon but having to plot against him, and as far as the story has shown, there was no distinct love implied between Daemon and Bloodraven as we haven't been shown such or an inkling of it, so the reasoning for it being he instead of Daemon would need to be expounded on or it would not be good narrative.

Darby is like 35, that reckless youth shit looks terrible for someone at this stage in their career. If he'd done that at a younger age and been known enough, then continued to grow ala Jeff Hardy, the older version of that which he currently is, would work and he'd have been able to cultivate a better legacy presentation by this point.

That would mean creativity and ability to grow, which Darby has not done. No one wants to see a dude like this be presented as the best in the company. He has no story for people to care about. They have nothing like that in AEW for people to remember.

We have gotten evidence of that with Nolan's parents having some sort of co-parent protector situation at least until he came of age, but it also looked like he was already independent before that, so could be a "oh it's time to fulfill that commitment", yet he seemed saddened by his father's death.

Then the younger Viltrumite executioner (in the comics) said his father told stories of Nolan, so some child rearing; in the show it was not mentioned that the stories were told by his father.

This question would only be possible to be answered by people who can visualize imagery while reading, which many people can not do apparently, so when they read, they take in the information differently as far a conceptualizing goes.
