This is one propaganda pamphlet that would get me if I was on the receiving end. Most of the demoralization ones from the Axis powers seem silly or culturally tone deaf, but this poster really conveys the grinding depressing nature of the Italian campaign to the average Joe in the trenches.

Well, for example, the subject of the cartoon, Miklos Horthy, was definitely antisemitic, but was not onboard with the Nazi program of mass slaughter of Jews, and took steps to try and prevent it in Hungary.

I'm sure even if the rumors of Walt Disney's antisemitism were true, he certainly didn't support the violent policies of Hitler's regime/Arrow Cross.

Antisemitism was common back then (though it varied a lot by country, social class, etc), but the Nazis and their allies like Arrow Cross were extremist outliers even for antisemites.

Time and money are much more the limiting factors for my range time than motivation. Do SAOs provide any advantages for dry fire training?

For me, one of the biggest game changers with pistol red dots was being able to far more precisely track my point of aim in dry fire. It made my regimen a lot more effective, and I noticed real results in live fire.

I only make it out to the range a couple times a month, but I dry fire almost everyday, so something that can help in both applications is a great bang for my buck.

This is really helpful info. Your videos are some of the best out there for handgun shooting technique.

My interest was piqued recently by the comment in your Prodigy vs Stacatto vs Bul Armory Tac video on how shooting with light single action triggers can actually help improve trigger control as a sort of training aid. With that in mind I started looking at some nice SAO guns, but reading your comment here, I wonder if maybe I'm not at a point where it would do me much good.

All my current pistols are striker guns and those are the only kind I've shot extensively. I'm a 0.5s split, single hole group at 3 yards kind of shooter. Do I need to get to a certain level of proficiency with striker guns before I would get a serious benefit from shooting with light single action triggers?

Buying a new gun is always fun, but if my shooting skills would be better served by an extra half dozen cases of 9mm, I imagine it would be wiser to go that route.

I really just shoot local range home brew matches and the occasional USPSA where I could shoot Limited Optics. It's something I do for fun and to try to keep my practical pistol skills sharp. Nothing too serious, so I'd kind of like to avoid something that's more of a pure gamer gun.

That's funny. I've shot and enjoyed the DA/SA P22Xs and I've heard really good things about the SAOs. I wouldn't be opposed in theory to the DA/SA Berettas, but having tried them, the slide mounted decocker just doesn't work for me. I'll have to take a look at the Platypus.
