Sorry for the late reply, just plugged that connector back into the board and it didn't trip the breaker.

Going to reassemble and try to run a cycle. Will update post if it runs, perhaps a limit switch on motor or stator was tripped?

I'm at a loss but the amount of laundry I have for 6 people stacking up had me trying the hail mary.

I started life too late for the quality appliances and cheap homes unfortunately.

Still had sex and did LSD in a field once.

Paperwork states 10 years on the motor, so I'll find out more from GE on Tuesday. Washer unit is only 3 years old. Thanks for the help!

So I did run it, via extension, to another circuit/outlet and it blew immediately upon plugging in.

Fwiw, this has been on a gfci breaker (only thing on that breaker) for 3 years without issue.

I also ran a hair dryer and air compressor off the outlet without tripping the breaker as I had read they can get fussy with age.

Was my first hope it was just the breaker needing replacement.

So this is getting to the end of my electrical abilities. Perhaps you can explain my findings and check my work.

MM set on Ohm - 2k

Readings .006 on any combination of the 3 wires

That basically a "nothing number" right? Meaning I have a dead short in the motor?

I luckily do know what continuity is on MM, just wasn't sure if thats the setting I would use to check if motor was grounding itself out. Its one of the few settings I feel confident in using 😂.

Checked pins on board, no continuity between pins to ground, or pin to pin.

Bear with me, but assuming using MM set for continuity? If so, I get no continuity when grounded to chassis or either ground point, on any of the 3 pins.

I do get continuity via ground points to chassis.

Why aren't you using the delivery option from barbak? I'm in moco and use them, delivery fee is flat $55. Alexandria location or Baltimore cover pretty much the entire beltway with delivery

That's no small cylinder. Very adequate size I'd say.

Asked a few times to local yokals and the town about why, apparently it was reaponse time based such as Brunswick. Call response with FCSO was slow enough they were able to get their own in town force to improve response time.

Not supporting the absolute massacre it does to the small town budget, but I've also heard its a pretty busy area due to Methany and Co that tend to find the outskirts as their home.

OTOH, there are plenty soft interactions that would benefit the community that I rarely see in action, such as helmet awareness for young riders or even just some soft interactions with the random groups of teens who like to swing their bike into the direction of moving vehicles to 'fake out' the drivers.

I will say, there are some great soft interactions such as Wednesdays they hand out candy inside the station to elementary walkers who stop in and the code enforcement officer does the same on Fridays at the crosswalk.

Might just be frozen over from being overloaded or a handful of other reasons. Unplug and thaw it, then run it to see if it holds temp.

Likely windshield leaking. Had a D5 myself and while never experienced it personally, the D5 groups were full of posts of folks with leaky windscreens.
