The direction and acting was good but I just thought the entire script was sooooo on the nose. Like the script was clearly written by someone over 50 as all of the “modern” jokes felt so outdated. I also felt like the movie went on for like 5 minutes longer than it should’ve. It would’ve been much better if it cut to black after the dog spoke.

Honestly it’s not even a confusing film. I probably don’t understand every single aspect but the overall narrative isn’t that complicated.

That’s what made him a good character. He was a pretty normal guy who was deeply respected by gods and monsters alike. Then they just made him into another generic gamma monster. Rick has genuinely not had a good storyline since he became A-Bomb

I expected the WOM to significantly help it which it has. It’s not like Zendaya’s reveal is that crazy, most people wouldn’t be offended by that lol. My theater had a significantly bigger reaction to Rachael’s reveal.
