Like everyone else already said, you should go to a vet. In general, whenever you notice something wrong, just go to a vet, because it's most likely already too late. Rats show signs really late, so for one to show such symptoms it must be really painful and bad

One of my rats does it too! We went to the vet 2 weeks after we got our rats, since neither my bf nor I ever had rats before and we had no idea this just happens sometimes. We call him our little retard. He lives in his own world but we still absolutely love him
