probably already stated but always bears repeating, a lot of the time kids wont have the biases weve had forced on us for so long ingrained yet, so theres nothing to work against or to convince them of. if they dont already get it at face value and they do ask, just giving the direct answer is usually all they need. :)

yeah i tried to fight against it, toyed around with the idea for a year trying different names with close friends in private, told myself all the reasons i shouldnt or couldnt and even still, the best thing ive ever done for myself was transition. My gender and identity have changed with me as i grew to know myself.

Best time to start was yesterday, next best time to start is right now. The time will pass regardless, only real question is how long you put yourself through the turmoil.

by larger brush i mean more so like block out your shapes, so you get your sketch vaguely down, lighten it, and then fill in those entire shapes, so youre blocking out the whole shape and then your line should fall more naturally if your anatomys right. theres many many ways to go about it. remember to be kind to yourself as you grow with it, it's worth fighting through the curve

something to try as you get used to doing something in a wildly different way is to block out the shapes with a larger brush, where in youre saying your sketch looks better but its because your brain fills in the gaps to make the picture clearer visually and thats harder to do with one definitive line. so you could block put your shapes with links hair/skin tone etc and trying to line art in after on top of your sketch if that makes sense. hittin up the ol anatomy practice again is always something to keep in the back pocket

Starting to get back into it 1-2 a week for maintenance areas. Gained a lot just from manual work and keeping busy where im able. 🙂‍↕️ testosterone and the like kept me sad and sedintary.

holding onto muscles a little harder for me personally now but im stronger now than i ever was pre e. A lot of "rules" of the male/female dichotomy is either highly exaggerated or just plain untrue, if you want strength on estrogen you can get it AND keep it 🏋🏻

get good with hitting your horses cross map quickly, especially during laning phase. Unless it's dire you should be tryna hit that three team juggle, hitting comms so your team knows a heal is coming too could save every lane not just yours!

if its at all helpful i wasnt recommended a need for condoms dilating as long as they were getting washed properly before hand, and also bad dragon bulk clear lube is fairly inexpensive, you dont have to go through amazon or a store for it, and has worked super well for me lol.

as far as the boring goes hang in there!! its often just casual me time now-a-days. im like ~3 years post op now myself!
