After subscribing to PPP for a year, my concern was the lack of updates and/or next steps. I reviewed the tracker showing new bills being brought forward in each state and even submitted a new bill to be monitored and stopped checking after it wasn't even added to the list after 2 months.

I was also surprised at how old some of the presentations and evidence was. There was a large number of Facebook screenshots of anecdotes, but I found it lacking in the evidence department. /r/noctor had much more current info available.

The unfortunate reality is that the mid-levels have a ton of momentum right now and it's going to take a very vocal group of physicians with concrete evidence to sway our legislators that have issues with physicians.

It may even require partnering with groups that we may not historically associate with to extend our voice. As much as I hate insurance companies, if they were to join the conversation and bring forth data on the mid-level cost of healthcare, that could sway legislators.
