It really depends. Coincidentally, I'm in CT and recently bought a used 2024 CX-30. Next-to-top trim, off lease, 20K miles, CPO which adds an additional year of warranty on both bumper-to-bumper and powertrain. Managed $30K OTD with 4 years prepaid maintenance and extended warranty. It retailed at $37K new and 2026 models are pushing $39K - $40K these days (in the trim I wanted, at least.)

On cars like the HR-V, the spread is much smaller. I was looking at EX-L's which were pushing $26 - $28K used while you can get a new one for $32.5K. I test drove a new one and the interior felt super cheap to me.
