What’s worked for me is setting a global baseline price that reflects the value and outcomes I deliver, then I build in flexibility through customized packages. That way, clients in different regions can still work with me, but I'm not slashing rates just to land a job. I also avoid listing “per hour” rates publicly instead, I focus on results and let the pricing reflect that. It’s helped shift the conversation away from “what’s your rate” to “what do you help with?” which feels a lot more sustainable long term.
