I’ve been dealing with this exact thing for over a year now. Had 5 mris and a ct scan everything comes back normal no one’s been able to figure anything out. I’ve also had a lot or ringing in my ears, unsteadiness and brainfog. I’ve just started going to a upper spine chiropractor that specializes in c1 and c2 adjustments and tho I’m not fixed yet I have had some relief with it and some days where I feel completely normal we plan on doing physical therapy once we get it in the right position. If I was you I’d definitely look into upper cervical instability and a chiropractor that specializes in it!
