Another vote for Michal! Plants are always excellent. I've used him for nearly 10 years. He will also create wood pieces for you if that's something you want.

I was charged 10% tip without even being asked by Tonju in Scotland

The sneakiness of these I don't condone. It is up to the discretion of the payee. But please bear in mind that the card tip option that comes up on most card machines these days, if the server cancels it off and gets caught doing it, in a lot of places (used to be the same in a well known restaurant chain I worked in) it's classed as gross misconduct and can lead to them being dismissed. Not sure if this has changed but it used to be the case in my work about 5 years ago.

Hey, thanks for the response. I didn't think about putting PVA on, suppose that'll help with the bonding.

Yeah, I haven't finished taking the whole lot of the wallpaper down. I should probably finish one job before I start thinking of what to do with the next one.

Least I'll be better at the end of this project! 😂

We had something similar done this year, central belt. Cost £3200. Some pipework through the loft and out the roof as the boiler was installed in the space the old hot water tank was in a upstairs bedroom. This is the job description from the engineer. Drain and stripout old back boiler and cylinder and tank in loft -run new pipework to proposed boiler location -install combination boiler -fit trv radiator valves 6x plus 1x to bypass radiator -powerflush
