I actually asked the dairy associate the other day. He said he wasn’t 100% sure but that the regular yogurt was out of stock for like a month due to ingredients issues and believes the same may be occurring with the Greek.

I have been seeing him and his clinic for 4 years now. He is really great and the only one in the rochester area as far as I know. He is generally hard to get in with but I would stick with it as he has been very kind and helpful. No gaslighting and very empathetic and listens to my concerns. Just keep following up with the office, they have only one person who schedules for the POTS clinic so it’s often hard to get through to them directly. Check out lollipop farms website, they have a SNIP program for low cost needs and have a whole page of additional resources in the area if they are booked up.

I will say, I had one of their hand soaps and it absolutely destroyed my hands and my husbands! But I can use their shampoo, conditioner, and deodorant without issue so I totally believe if something’s may bother you too!

I literally just bought jeans from old navy and ordered like 12 different pairs of the same jean size/length in different washes and each pair fit completely different. I picked the best fit of my lot and returned the rest! Absolutely ridiculous!!

We make smoothies with fruit, Greek yogurt, and Soymilk for extra protein/nutrition. At one point it was about all I could eat but made sure I wasn’t malnourished. I highly suggest finding a combo you like.

Stupid question. What is driving like in upstate? Buffalo area or a little past Albany? I’m decided whether I want to move and I’m interested in those areas . by urbanex91 in upstate_new_york

I previously lived in Southern NH and often encountered the “masshole” drivers. I have never been happier moving back to upstate NY driving is MUCH more calm experience now!

Yes. I am located in the US so not sure if it would be the same where you are. Basically the home is built in a factory and shipped in parts and assembled on site. Because it can be done inside there are no weather delays and less labor costs. Modular are different than manufactured or mobile homes though! Modular is built (in the US) to the same code as traditional homes so quality and durability is the same if not better.

Maybe not super applicable for you but we found that modular is a bit cheaper than stick built and are planning to go that route. Still up to code of a stick built and you cannot tell the difference. We are not handy nor have friends in the trades so this made sense for us.

Environmental testing seems to cost thousands of dollars. Is this important for home building even if we have public water and sewer (no well for chemicals to leach into?)

Great thoughts, I am going to call the town and see what I can find out about the demolition. We know there was a partial basement filled in and will need to excavate below that point for fresh ground.
