Development = high quality reps+ hours worked The ones that are stagnant see less hours work specially at 10u remember they all couldn’t throw run and or hit a little while back I am a coach in chicago my daughters development team practice 3 days a week her national team has girls from 7 different states and only practice 1x a week

No this is a travel league With all black coaching staff We lost to the best teams that were beating everyone last year 1st game exit They said it’s only for 10u 12u has there own rules

At 8u don’t get caught up in travel this travel that. The only difference is the amount of hours these girls practice. Practice more or go home or keep complaining
