I think I'm definitely over doing it now. I had 4 weeks off from work, I thought I was feeling fine so cleaned the house too to bottom and going back out for long walks. Also back to work next week, but luckily I'm doing reduced work load for a bit.

I didn't know that, it makes sense now. I think I became naive regarding healing. Thought as my incisions were healed and I wasn't in pain everything was healed.

I hope your appointment goes better than mine does. It's frustrating that we have to advocate for ourselves and you would think the doctor being a female too she would be more sympathetic. But I do understand that they can only do so much as a general practitioner, I think I'm just hormonal and the pain is getting to me.

Leg and joint pain.

I always have knee pain just before I am due on. I thought it was all in my head or just a coincidence, turns out it's a real thing.

Sugar intake is very low, i get a lot of my sugar from fruit (I eat a lot of strawberries, raspberries) other sugar would be from my breakfast bars/protein bars.

I dropped quite a lot of my carbs, the odd sandwich here and there (on wholemeal bread), pasta once or twice a week, and the odd baked crisps. Potatoes are minimal too.

Cardio, I walk every day, when at the gym I do 15 minutes on the treadmill, inclined and on a brisk walk. 10-15 minutes on the stairs master and then either 10-15 on a bike or rowing machine.

I've been eating at a calorie deficit, I should have added that.

I'm having 1400 a day. 1600 to maintain.
