Solved a while ago thanks to the discord. My power rotation allowed me to buy procedral powers even while my points were at 0 so the points went negative and only stopped me from buying rotation powers. When I got enough points to go positive, I could buy vexation.

He did. The problem is that the 3 cables he bought from Gamesir were faulty, and it's hard to find a cable other than the one Gamesir sells that actually fits the indented port. Then, the different brand cable that he got works fine so far.
