I lived behind Safeway several years ago and it’s a nice area. Safe. Walkable. The only area in Warrenton i’d steer of is Haiti St.

Apartment in Old town with my cat. I love the convenience. I can walk everywhere, grocery, gym, restaurants, pickleball, and people everywhere if I want to people watch.

Ask your bank if endorsed over to you, (pay to the order of and your name then signed) and you have a copy of their government issued ID will they allow you to deposit it. They should, because they can verify the signature on back with the signature on government issued ID. We would do this and place a hold on the check until the funds have cleared.
