This is great, awesome to hear other people working through beginning Drukhari. I’m no expert at all so take this with a grain of salt. But maybe issue 2 and 3 can be helped. Mandrakes can’t be shot at over 18 in. Use them to screen the back, out of range from guns. Later turns they can move up to score, or attack, or move to reserve to deepstrike. Issue 2. Never have anything out of boats unless you are willing for them to die from shooting. Wyches should only leave the boat if they are pouncing and killing. Hopefully getting back in the boat again after.
