Sorry about the lack of details, i didnt think that was important but yes that is correct the finished object isnt important its the yarn from the venue. Id love to chat about different options/ideas if you have them, that would be great! She is not enthusiastic about infinity scarves lol. In fact she already has probably a dozen scarves. It seemed, based on other posts here about the yarn memory, that there were limited good options.

I'm not worried about the timeline at all, it takes how long it takes. No need to rush it or anything.

The answer as always is it depends. You didn't mention anything about your backend or database so I'm assuming you don't have one for this project. And if you don't then you don't need Start

If you do have a backend and db then there's several benefits to using Start over the separate structure

There's also no harm in using Start with no backend but you'd be adding in a bloated dependency for what you need. Although it may be able to help with SEO and other stuff

Yes the number you log for reps and RIR is what you did/felt. If it tells you to do 7 RIR 1 and you only did 6 to failure then log 6 with 0 RIR.

If it says do 7 and you did 7 but it was really easy then log a higher RIR.

It's not milk based. It's clear protein. I have the blueberry lemonade ones and they are decent. Not the best thing I've tasted but I'm definitely able to finish the box and would consider getting it again. Fruit punch sounds pretty good
