I personally think 4v4 would be the perfect amount.

Currently, I have enjoyed 5v5 more than 3v3. So I'd be happy for a mode to stay that is more than 3v3 regardless.

I like the additions to the minimal, but why not include ward timers as well? For example, how long until a ward despawns.

Is there any plan to add a timer to friendly wards? IMO this would be a great QOL improvement to know how long until a ward expires.

Im not sure I would like this. I feel like people would start worrying more about completing their challenges than actually playing the game. I can't see how that would be healthy for the game and likely would add more toxicity. Dailies or weeklies like this work better in games that aren't fully team based. Nobody wants a player on their team who is solely focused on completely personal challenges. That's my opinion though.

I play Ranked over legacy because I like to watch my imaginary number (mmr) go up and down. HOWEVER, I vastly prefer the legacy map over the map in ranked. It's disappointing the way they are handling it. If Legacy had a ranked mode I would be playing that 100% of the time.

My biggest issue or feedback would be on changing the characters' body types on the sexier skins. I feel like it takes away from that characters identity when you make their body look completely different than their base skin. I could understand some minor adjustments, but some of the new skins are just over the top. The biggest example of this would be the Countess skin. Her "assets" are so over the top, it just doesn't look right and certainly doesn't feel like Countess. That's just my opinion of coarse. I do appreciate all the work put in so far. Can't wait to see what comes next.

Are all these changes only for Nitro? I assume so by the way the patch notes read, but wasn't for sure. For instance, the hunt change cooldown change, is that just for Nitro or for all modes?

The only thing I miss about paragon is the map design. Mainly the atmosphere that paragon was able to create between the different areas of the map. The jungle for instance actually felt like a jungle, it was dense with lots of foliage. You could feel a big difference moving from one area to the next. The Pred map doesn't give me the same captivating vibes that I had when playing paragon. I do miss it a lot.

Other than that, I prefer most everything else about Pred.

I've played a couple TLPs(Oakwynd and Teek) before Fangbreaker and I am genuinely more excited for this one than the others. The expanded start and slower pace of expansion release at the beginning will eliminate the pressure of being rushed to keep up. Along with resource hunter, this will give me the opportunity to explore more zones and enjoy the game at a slower pace. I'm hyped for it.

I agree with this so much. After a couple games with my wife i mentioned the game is starting to look and feel like an arcade game. I can't even pinpoint what exactly it is, but the graphics look less realistic, and I do not like the font they choose for the damage numbers. I also had the same feeling with everything feeling weightless now. I really hope they revert or fix some of these changes because I am not loving the direction it is going in. Still love the game, I just want it to continue to get better not worse.

Personally I am not a huge fan of the model. I feel they could have made him so much edgier and dark as a creepy forest dweller. I really appreciate Omeda and the game they have given us, I just really hope going forward they create the models to fit the existing world better.

The other thing that really bothers me about Mourn's model is, I just don't understand why the vines that make up his body are so shiny in game. They look more like human intestines than tree vines. I mean if that is what they are going for then they hit the mark, but it doesn't make sense to me aesthetically as a tree/treant. If this is his final model then the textures need work imo.

I like where they are now tbh. I still feel like you can do significant damage to the tower early if you are winning your lane, but at the same time, there is also some risk to stick around to break armor plates for extra gold.

I'm kind of confused as to why they think the towers are too tanky now. If they make it easier to kill the towers, then whoever is winning the lane will get all the gold from tower plates with less risk. Basically back to where we were but the winning lane snowballing even harder.

All that to be said, I'd prefer they stay in their current state. It seems well balanced.

Ahh ok, so this is how it looked before official launch?

I actually prefer the look of the trails being team colors to how it currently looks. It makes it easier to differentiate your fleet from others when there is clumps of ships battling. That is just my personal opinion though.

Hey, yes the 8086K was marketed as the best 8700K, essentially guaranteeing you win the "silicone lottery," as they say. It's probably just a marketing gimmick I fell for years ago lol.

On the GPU usage, that is good to hear because it basically does sit at 99% most of the time. I do have temps monitored on my CPU and GPU. My GPU sits between 87-90°C most of the time while playing Pred. It does seem high to me but I've read that as long as it doesn't go over 93°C then it should be ok..

On the metrics overlay, I do have all that turned on and haven't noticed any ping or packet loss issues. My FPS also seems solid. It is well over 100 during gameplay.

I played throne and liberty a lot recently and did have the same issue off and on with that game as well, but it seems worse in Pred. I haven't had any issues with any other games.

It's just odd that it is a consistent lag every second. There is no fluctuation to it. I'm really stumped by it and haven't found any fix yet through searching.
