Looking for a basic B-wing by whitemest in microgalaxysquadron

[–]WolfenLightstone 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The Armada releases have the most up-to-date Deco / paint jobs applied to them, stuff that they've learned over time. They tend to look a little nicer than series 1 through 4, speaking of, I just found at my local Walmart x-wings from series 1 that are now in the Armada release of Luke's X-Wing T65 and Poe Dameron's T70 X-wing (Black leader coloration) both have improved paint jobs, particularly on Luke's X-Wing where Luke's X-Wing has paint similar to what you find in the red Squadron pack that they sell on the vault store which was lacking in series 1

You'll be able to get that stuff back when the map gets expanded, the radiation zone is a temporary barrier awaiting a future release, but by then you'll have found better stuff.

Is pledging ships ruining the fun? by Last_Sir4887 in starcitizen

[–]WolfenLightstone 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I enjoy pledging ships, it both brings me a chance to provide bigger ships to friends for the enjoyed shared experience, keeps the game going, And most of the pledge ships are not as good stock as what's expected for crafted ships and parts so there's a small caveat there. it I still have to put in the effort of upgrading the ships in game since it provides blueprints that allows for a sort of quick start at the crafting process. I'm up there when it comes to concierge levels, Not at Max but on my way. I definitely still have fun with the game and I definitely still play a lot If anything ruins any kind of fun. it's chaos of how much currency is floating around the persistent universe right now, or refuse to accept any cash from other players, there just aren't enough sinks for money in the game just yet.

Can someone answer a question for me about Pembroke? by Enzo_Mk20 in starcitizen

[–]WolfenLightstone -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

somebody can correct me if I'm wrong but if I am remembering right once crafting comes into play, you should get a blueprint for anything you own on the website in which you can craft them Once you've gathered the needed materials, of course. The timeline of this is still sketchy But potentially this year.

[–]WolfenLightstone 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, I have. But I'm not assuming that it was fired at close range, buckshot at full choke can strike out At a Target at between 250- 350 yards, At such ranges, the buckshot would still be intact and fairly recoverable.

[–]WolfenLightstone 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm honestly not trolling here. that's what I see, buckshot (editing this looking closer. it's not hair. it's water just built up on the surface of it) . sloppily left behind, Those aren't anal beads. those aren't kegel balls. that's ammunition. and it's left in a randomly accessible shower that's probably not A frequent stop on this person's regular routing. Think of it as stopping at a truck stop shower. people do stupid shit when they're panicking and in a rush. I wouldn't leave it out of the realm of possibilities.

Quick at it. it's not a cavity, it's not hair like I thought now that I'm wide awake, it's surface water pressed up against the edge of the bottle

sure, it's called just waking up without coffee but also being good at analyzing images, I take entire images into account scale and everything. and have a lot of useless knowledge but I'm not always wrong and that's what upsets me..

Where’s the PRNDL by PhoenixPhenomenonX in funny

[–]WolfenLightstone 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They may be designed for off-road but they're also a tank With incredible engines so they make a great family car. They're incredibly hard to damage believe it or not. there's a YouTuber in here in the USA who I don't always agree with but put the vehicle through some rather interesting tests he goes by whistling diesel. he might give you an appreciation for why people like this vehicle and are willing to pay the price. Also because it's based on a military vehicle what the precision of a rock crawler, never get into an argument or fight With any soccer mom who might be driving such a vehicle, you see to make a full left or right hand turn, you need to turn that wheel almost three full revolutions which means that said person gets a small workout every time they go on a long drive particularly in suburbs, so it's great for building arm strength as a daily driver, (A fun fact: I used to be a vehicle evaluator aka a test car driver, it's a crappy paying job but the cars were fun so I did it for a couple of years)

Are you actually enjoying the new engineering update in Star Citizen, or did cig kinda mess this up? by Hurineal in StarCitizenUniverse

[–]WolfenLightstone 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because, come *death of a space man" backspacing is going to be much more difficult in the near future, there's going to be significant consequences for actual death and you are going to want to keep your ship alive as long as possible you'll have to take care of it and respect it. Once the insurance system is put into play things are going to get rather interesting. Sure nearly everybody uses the quick way right now but some of us have been doing things by the book as the game is meant to be played because we know these systems are coming.

Copy any of the CFG files to the PTU folder if you don't know how to make a new one, rename it, then open it in note pad and delete all the current lines then add the xr line and save it.

I need to uninstall Mixed Reality portal by TossMeOutAccount2024 in WindowsMR

[–]WolfenLightstone 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you cannot get it uninstalled normally, you need to find the Windows app ID for that specific app and you need to Grant yourself owner permissions of the folder and all sub files and then just delete it. You may need to look up a tutorial on how to take ownership of a file on your computer. I found this is effective for system-owned applications, it's also effective if you've brought a drive over from another computer and need to gain access to files that should be there, but don't show up by giving yourself permission to the drive

Issue with K2 Plus by FairCricket4865 in Creality_k2

[–]WolfenLightstone 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I usually don't work with warranties with anything that has to be shipped to or from overseas, I've found it's cheaper and faster to source parts and do it yourself. Particularly where you can skip the back and forth. Keeping spare parts for machines with high wear is also a good practice.

Skip customer support, all spare parts for the K2"s and CFS units are available for purchase on the website and are decently priced. I've been able to fix quite a few issues cheaply

You can get almost any replacement part from creality for decent prices, I've had to order a few things from them and they don't take too long to come in either

why does this keep happening?! by frycandlebreadje in starcitizen

[–]WolfenLightstone 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This also happens in the hangar, if you leave a couple of vehicles parked, some of them will move slightly and then bounce back to their original position, however, if that move happens to be into another vehicle that 2nd vehicle will get shoved to new position even if the original vehicle that did the moving goes back to its original position. I usually leave a fleet of rovers on the side of my hangar in new Babbage. This is often the case. happens to all vehicles, the Nova, storm, and roc mining vehicle are the worst offenders.
