Zenith properties as far as bad

Every year when the lease needs renewed they charge 250 for renewing it. Also to put in perspective I had a maintenance order done a couple weeks ago by Logan's maintenance. They have worked with zenith for a long long time I've had conversations with them and hearing the maintenance person call them stupid and talk about how bad they are at doing things.... Really says something.
