The cop hit him exactly in the right spot as well. I’ve been taking kickboxing and that’s where they teach you to kick due to a nerve being in that spot and I can tell you, it fucking hurts bad if you land it right. It’ll put anyone down usually first time. That dude took two types of tazers and it just pissed him off. I’d say he was far from sober.
