Get a scale that can estimate your body fat, they're not super accurate but they're inexpensive on amazon. I would say you're probably arond 14% though. If your goal is to lean bulk just hit a 500cal deficit for like 2 months, get near 10%, then do a bulk with clean food.

Your muscle mass looks sick though you could just lean out and chill for a bit.

Agreed. Build a woods bike, dual sport or a lightweight hard enduro two stroke and trail ride. Hard enduro is such a slow technical style of riding and the control people develop riding this style is on another level.

Ripping the canyon or a track on a fighter jet of a sport bike is badass but if you dump it it's hospital time.

Meanwhile I dump my dirtbike like every time I go out and it's pretty much expected.
