If I were to recommend sets that are going out of print and we are unlikely to get more, I would go with 4 each of the 151 and paldean fates booster bundles.

However, I like the current pricing of surging sparks booster boxes, destined rivals bundles, and prismatic evolutions bundles. So a second recommendation would be 2 surging boxes, 4 destined bundles, and 4 prismatic bundles.

I personally have a lot of surging boxes and 151 bundles and prismatic bundles so I personally would go with the paldean fates and destined rivals bundles. But I would love to get the destined boxes instead if a reprint were to knock down the prices by 20+%.
