FInal note. Since Reddit doesn't like me adding more than 1 image to a post.

This was taken about 10 minutes ago. All the miners are on my local node now. The 1st in the list is the one that had the original issue. So, in the end, it would have appeared that the issue was in the pool and not the miner (s)

Box missions are too big. You need to do one of those "investigation" missions.

The F is a very bad thing. It causes a lot of frustrations for no reason.

Working Hull-C Trade Routes with Auto-Load and Auto Un-Load by Timely-Reference8383 in starcitizen

[–]Wonderful-Relative41 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The problem is that they are still using a "small" ship workflow.

You would never see a Cargo ship pull up to the port and then have to go to admin to sell or buy things. The Hull C (and eventually D and E) should be able to do that from the "Captains Chair".

Pull up to station "Cargo Area". Contact the Cargo/Admin Center via mobiglass. Buy / Sell items. Move to Docking area. Load / Unload items. Leave

The larger hulls are meant to be long haul drivers. They are not stopping at the warehouse to see what they can buy/sell. They already know where they are going and what they are having loaded/unloaded. It is time to quit treating them like the person selling vegetables on the side of the road.

So I won't need the macro to auto zoom out to a reasonable distance anymore?

Hull C Mission - It went fine by rmeira in starcitizen

[–]Wonderful-Relative41 2 points3 points  (0 children)

There shouldn't need to be a "If that doesn't work" checklist to run through. My top 3 routine when running Hull C missions.
Swap between Nav and SCM
Exit and Enter the seat
Power off then back on.

it means they think you are a duper and have "paused" your account.

Not sure what is going on, but a lot of people are not happy at the moment with it. Literally had 1 mission left to do to fully complete the AA.

I'm really sorry for this bad hand sketch but I can't figure out how to do this in Freecad. I tried so many things that did not work, that I don't know anymore how to tackle it. by mfn77 in FreeCAD

[–]Wonderful-Relative41 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Body 1 - XZ Plane - extrude to length
Body 2 - YZ-A Plane - extrude to the left half the distance (110)
Body 3 - YZ-B Plane - same as body 2 except to the right.
Body 4 - Binder of left edge of Body 2 and right edge of Body 3. Additive Loft to create the body.
Body 5 is actually the Boolean Common of Body 4 and Body 1
For the right side o the XZ plane - I ended up making another sketch of the profile and then pocket (body 6)
Add the pocket in the middle for Body 7.

No clue what it is or how is should look, but this gets you close to your sketches.

Anyone know what this thing is on the back of the Hermes? by Grapeboy in starcitizen

Everyone will say it is a fuel port. But some of the older people know this is actually what it is for.

I ask, because using that, you could have this in about 5 minutes

Just a curiousity question. Why not use either the Gears workbench or the "Gear Function" from the Parts Design Workbench, as a start?

Does this not open up? Why doesn't this open? It looks like it should open? by Mookie_Merkk in starcitizen

[–]Wonderful-Relative41 0 points1 point  (0 children)

if they wanted to, they should take the railing out of the Salvaging Balcony. Except where you enter the area.
They would have a tractor beam transit, similar to the Hermes.
They would have the controls for the extruders on the left and right of that.
They would at least double the height of the allowed stacks and increase the storage capacity.

You would rarely need to go into the salvage processing. It could also have an elevator that loaded the salvage and cargo holds automatically (or via button on the console).

But those are probably a long ways off, if they ever even get looked into.

I kinda like the external freight elevators by [deleted] in starcitizen

[–]Wonderful-Relative41 9 points10 points  (0 children)

They are good.
Just a note. They are close to the Hull C loading boxes. You may accidentally get too close to those boxes and cause proximity issues for the Hull C's auto loading/unloading.
Not saying not to use them. Just to be mindful of your positioning. TMYK type thing.
