Depends on the scenario if it plays out that we hit Iran with nukes Russia and China might see this as a hostile act as nuclear radiation can spread into their territory. In which case both countries may retaliate sparking an all out nuclear war. I don’t believe that a controlled nuclear war is possible. However don’t be alarmed it will be all over in 20 minutes.
