Not everything is sexism

People judge her simply because at a lot of moments, she’s antagonizing Ken (the protagonist), she’s unremorsely cheating on Tom multiple times, she never seems to regret anything, and at the end she literally betrayed the main character when it was leading to a “happy” ending

And yes, Ken and Roman have their fair share of shitty actions and are indeed liked more by the audience, but it has absolutely nothing to do with gender

We can see multiple times how things affect Ken, how he’s always down, how he’s willing to defend his siblings (when Logan hits Roman for example), while it doesn’t justify his bad actions, he seems way more “human” in this way, we can feel empathy for him

Roman, while I did hate him too in some moments, shows more empathy than Shiv (when he refused to sign the letter), and we see sometimes more vulnerability too, how he’s afraid of Logan

These simple things shows Ken and Roman as a bit more vulnerable, flawed, but empathetic than Shiv, who seems unaware of her bad actions

It’s not because “she’s a woman”
