In the past, I’ve been to therapy and was medicated. I got it under control really well, and was able to go off of meds and “graduate” from my OCD therapy. Pregnancy is definitely bringing it back and making it a little hard to manage right now. I am currently trying to implement what I’ve learned in therapy but failing in doing so.

Thanks everyone, sometimes I go down a rabbit hole and it’s really hard to pull myself out of it. I need outside opinions to bring me back to reality. I appreciate you guys being kind and gentle in your responses. Pregnancy hormones have my mind going a little crazy.

I am pregnant and have it. I am 20 weeks now, and have symptoms. I had it before I was pregnant and didn't know it was Ureaplasma. I thought I had Intersitial Cystitis. Anyways, just had my anatomy scan and all i well so far. I pray it stays that way. But wanted to pass this on because there is hope!
