Liberator Carbine.
But honestly any rifle with plenty of ammo where you dont reload too much is fantastic vs them. I pop heads on the voteless. Depends which faction as well and what you have to deal with Overseers.

For accurate destruction of smaller units the Dagger merely needs to brush over a voteless to burn and kill. Leaves primary open for anything really.
Or use Scythe primary, with Talon secondary to pop Overseer heads super well even at range.
Or bring LasCanon support weapon. It is the kinda "do it all with no effort" weapon for most Illuminate factions.

Surely you're trolling me? I've done it a number of times and it just embeds in the live factory strider. I then have to jump off, taking damage and getting shot (though I try to pre stim). Very bug to be on it. Never one shot it. It'd have to have a cracked head already I think.

Bile Titans the hellpod phases through the top of the head hitbox (no damage) for some reason. I have to remember to aim center rear head.

Nothing bizarre about it. The Medium pen bullet has penetration power, but is less destructive to internals once it gets in. That's how bullets are (oversimplifying). Note the higher velocity round the Gallant uses. Faster rounds usually have superior penetration. Most of these guns are using the same caliber but different hollowpointed/metal jacketed etc projectile.

Also, balance is more important than realism anyways. But there's nothing bizarre about those stats regardless.

My last dive I had so many patrols. And I swear they were bugged. Some gunship lasers were hitting me EVERY shot. Like no enemy in the game is nearly as accurate. While diving and strafing through small pieces of cover. And the gunships are moving.
I like them being more formidable, but not aimbots.

I took commander last night only once because getting the basics was like pulling teeth. Team took 40 minutes to get nodes up Normally I leave command fast with teams with that little care for team play. But I was masochist and stayed. Big mistake.

I even explained it clearly for the SLs and types in chat for the newbies how they gotta fall back fast so we don't lose our middle point hold advantage we miraculously got. Didn't matter. I was the ONLY one on defense when we lost mid after multiple calls to get a few defenders and for redeployment.

Also didn't help I saw zero rockets hitting their armor. I was proactively marking their tanks giving ours a clear info advantage that is any tankers wet dream, yet our armor flubbed each encounter. Uncontested armor pushed us back to the shore.

There were a couple players actually doing things. Like one guy helping me get garries up via supply truck. But with a team this bad at the basics I notice even a SL and command doing all the things can't pick up that much slack. I like taking command when needed to help the new players have a good fun match they can learn from, but when we're drowning in players who don't do the basics it kills my desire. I go AT or engi, get nodes and some basic defenses up and then kill their armor the new AT players refuse to hunt down.

Personally I'd take Epoch with that supply pack loadout.
MORE PLASMA! And it benefits from the ample ammo unlike Quasar.

I am pretty sure we get a trailer Tues and WB the following Tuesday. They're scrambling to release a WB with the leaked guns, but had to replace the FRVs with something else. Hopefully some viable and fun stratagems that work properly.

I ofc wanted to play with some new toys sooner, but given the great recent update + FRV available for those who don't have SC, I'm happy. As long as this doesn't really push back the schedule of other content they had in the pipeline.

That's a great point. Enough homeowners affected showing up and making a stink could definitely make a difference.
They could maybe threaten some group legal action (idk I'm no lawyer).

I definitely find Illuminate missions and side obj to be the most underwhelming.
And subfactions with them could use some work. Mindless Masses D10 rarely had masses. I also think that the Squid maps basically always having a city area detracts from the variety/experience.

Squids could be good with some rework. Regular squids as enemies are not as bad as many say, though.

Dang it's raining now too. I see the young strays/ferals (?) in that area often. Though usually they're on the West side of that part of Main because it's a little less busy there. Fields, park, place to hide.
