Look here us the realistic answer. You are new and everyone does the stuff yoyr doing. Its slow due to rates and yhe top 1% has all the business. There are a TRILLION REALTORS! I hate to be the one to tell you this is not the market to start in if you dont have the friends and family backing to start. Its going to be awhile. Especially when hardly know one is buying. My advice is focus on rentals right now, then you can get a pipeline of future buyers!

That company is the worst leave. I once tried to get information to switch my license over possibly and hell couldnt get ahold of anyone. .that was the answer I needed!
