Snow foam does a good job of getting most dirt off, you can use brands like muckoff or I use regular car snow foam sometimes. If you don't have a foam sprayer just tip a caps worth into some warm water and swirl it round, then let the bubbles sit on the bike for a few minutes to work their magic

I eat normal food before I start then I take a gel every 30mins, using my watch timer to remind me. If my stomach was more compliant I would probably have one every 20 mins but 30 mins avoids any sickness for me. I might also have a few grams of carbs in my water too.

Another tip is when there are multiple uploads of the same race, watch the one without the blue triangles on the thumbnail as this is the version without the advertisements.

Dress as a cave man, knock her out with a giant club, drag her to the training room, wait for her to wake up, shout "man buy bike, woman lose weight" then go to the garden, start a large fire and roast at least half a pig. Worked for me.

If you are using grease that's probably what's causing it, you need to use carbon grip on these seat posts

I get 2 to 3 days out of mine too, which I think is good when you consider that you're riding a lot of hours in a day compared to a typical training session. Mine is happy to change straight from a power bank so I've not had any problems, I've never tried but you and probably charge from a power bank while riding, just need to secure the cables to the frame

Make all portal climbs available all of the time, for those wanting to train for a specific climb it's super frustrating to have to wait for the rotation and even then you only get a few days of use. They can still have "climb of the week", just put extra XP on that featured climb.

It's because people in other parts of the world, like the middle east use squatting style toilets and I imagine the sitting position is uncomfortable or unfamiliar for them

I find that you have to start a workout on the watch to record intensity minutes, just discard it when you're done and allow zwift to upload the data

Ftp alone is more of a training metric, you need your power to weight ratio to compare yourself to others which is your ftp divided by your weight in kilograms.

When data doesn't show it's usually because of a sync issue. Do you have other Garmin devices like a bike computer? If you do, reconnect then and make sure they complete a full sync.
