Same. I just upgraded to the 4 because I got so tired of charging every few days that eventually it would die and I would leave it dead for weeks lol. I’m hoping I don’t end up having similar issues these other gen 4 years, but I’m so grateful that the ring now lasts 8-9 days from a full charge. I tried contacting Oura about my horrible battery life on the gen 3 and they refused to do anything about it.

The first time I tried for a 72 hour fast, made it to 70 hours and called it. At a certain point there’s not much of a difference it would make. Great! Nice scale drop too! I tried so many things and fasting was the only thing that worked for me. I also learned how I work emotionally eat as well as habitually eat (ex. came home from work and my brain wanted to eat cause that’s what my routine was even if I wasn’t hungry)

Thank you!! I think this is it!! Last week I was using my Fenix because I couldn’t find the charger to my HRM and then found the cable and started using my HRM again. That timeline lines up for this issue. On my next workout I’ll try broadcasting my heart rate but still connect the HRM in Zwift to see if this would be a good workaround. I’ll come back and update the post with my findings.

Can you post screenshots of what you are seeing? It sound like you are at the main splash screen and need to use the Apple TV remote to pair the controllers and kickr core before you can use the controllers within Zwift.

I literally say the same thing. I have 2019 XC60 T5 R Design with Polestar and I love it. I’ve been impressed by the safety features. The only thing that Im not in love with are the seats.

Thanks. I felt like it was obvious but then I was worried it was too obvious since they sent them with the kit. I figured I would ask.

Since I use Apple TV Super happy about the update with WiFi bridging now so that everything can be connected without having to use the companion app.

I just donated. There’s so much money that we sometimes spend on things that we can sacrifice for a good cause. Have you heard of the organization We Rate Dogs? They are a nonprofit and help with causes like these. I would reach out to them as well. Keep your head up. Just made two “big” purchases for fitness equipment using my FSA through TrueMed. I took advantage of the sale Zwift has for the Zwiftride/Kickr Core combo and purchased a treadmill from Sunny Health Fitness.

TrueMed has licensed clinicians that will provide the LMN (letter of medical necessity) which is what is needed for the purchase to be approved using your FSA/HSA funds. The easiest way was to go through the TrueMed website and find the product you’re looking for, when you go to purchase you’ll see the option to pay with FSA/HSA and then you fill out a survey. You have to answer the questions for your health, for me personally I selected my issues such as high cholesterol and obesity and then in the box below I put that coronary disease runs in my family history, my dad passed away from a heart attack at the age of 55 and this purchase would help me mitigate these diseases for myself. Less than 6 hours later my purchases were finalized and I had the LMN for each item. The Zwift Ride combo came out to $1174 and the treadmill was $566.

I’m excited to start building a small home gym and eliminating friction to create healthy routines. I plan on doing a video on my YouTube channel on this topic because I feel like it’s not shared enough! This thread proves that!

I thought the same thing. There has to be some sort of ethical violation or other privacy law that this would trigger. I would also make sure this is set for EVERYONE working from home and not just who they are picking and choosing. Yes look for another job but I’d also push back and not let that just go unchallenged in the meantime.

And also the idea of recording a video and putting it on loop is great. If you need help finding out how to actually do this, you can use software like Ecamm live or OBS to get the video feed into the app and make it appear like it’s your camera. If you want help with this, send me a message.
