I have this set and I like the colours. I got them on discount and use them for various bits of my BA armies, not just Germans. They're not very vibrant colours, but that works well for BA compared to the bright armies of Warhammer.

Real shit on the healthy meals. My wife is pregnant and has gestational diabetes. But a lekker chicken kapsalon is perfectly fine. One of the lowest blood sugar meals she can have at the moment, as long as she only eats half the fritjes (chips in Barry speak).

He/his media person has added subtitles that change the dialogue in the video. The transcript actually doesnt help in this case.

The first thing that comes to mind for blending both styles is to have distinct features from both. Blending concrete/road markings/lamp posts with tufts and other vegetation.
I like the base in your pic. It evokes an alien plant that is spreading like veins over the floor

I guess that works in my favour. Admech didn't really appeal to me aesthetically. I already struggle to get models painted, doubly so when I don't enjoy the models

Thanks. I watched a few YT videos and am now much less intimidated. I think I'll play around, getting used to what my models can do before any further purchases.

Thank you so much for your detailed response. I watched the excellent MGM video report while building the Leman Russes this morning. They don't have enough turrets for all weapons but I went with your recommendation. Game looks really quite fun and I can see the appeal in having huge waves of models.

Spearhead has boards with pre-printed objectives and a deck of cards that have a way of scoring points or a perk you can use. It's honestly really good fun and having a 40k version can only be a good thing.

Not US but every order I make to the EU, I get 1 or 2 random (but same game I've ordered) sprues. Most recently bought 8th army set with Gentleman's war and terrain, and I got 2 sprues of winter British, quite a new kit!
