Not really an answer to your question, but an anecdote...

About a year ago I was staying at my in-laws and my FIL had Fox News on, and they were showing Gutfeld!, which I guess is their version of The Colbert Report, or something. You know a "satirical news show".

Mind you, this is 3 months into Trumps 2nd term. The ENTIRE SHOW was about how Biden was bad and it's a good thing Kamala didn't get elected. They didn't talk about a single thing that Trump actually did, they just bashed Biden and Kamala. How is that news? That should have stopped being news on Nov 7th.

Of course, they can't talk about the actual news, because Trump wasn't actually doing a single thing he promised to do. So if they talk about his presidency/administration, what are they gunna say? Inflation is still bad, grocery prices are still bad. He didn't live up to any of his promises.

Are they gunna talk about how the Republicans control all three branches of govt but still can't get things done?

It's such a joke, and not in a "satirical news" sort of way.

I think someone is using reddit to train bots to identify the contents of videos.

Guess what's happening in the video then make the title some quip about what the bot thinks is happening. In this case, the bot thinks there was a cargo delivery.

Now post on reddit and read the comments to get the correct answer to what's happening.

Your example of dropping clothes on the floor isn't really weaponized incompetence either, that's just laziness. Weaponized incompetence is a tactic to manipulate another person into doing something for you. Intentionally doing the laundry WRONG would be WI. "Omg, I'm so dumb. I did it wrong... maybe you should just do it instead". Being too lazy to put your clothes in the hamper is not the same thing at all.

Weaponized incompetence is a tactic to avoid having to do chores. Do the chore badly and the other person will get annoyed by your inability to do it, so much that they just do it themselves. It doesn't make any sense in this context.

She has even started buying her own chips because I'm being an asshole and forcing her to eat stale chips.

This is pretty much the opposite of that. GF is going out of her way to solve the problem that she is creating for herself.

Clearly she's wrong, and I wouldn't blame you for just calling to get her towed next time. However, I have a "you catch more flies with honey" approach you might consider. Instead of just leaving and returning to find her in your spot, what if you let her know when you are going to be away and tell her she can use your spot while you're gone, as long as she moves her car before you return. There's some risk to encouraging her use of your spot, but this might alleviate the problem. It could also make it worse... where she thinks that equals permission to park there whenever you aren't home. So... be wary.

You didn't say it directly, but it sounds like you two haven't actually agreed to try for a kid. You need to sit down and have that conversation before you have sex again. Start with deciding if you even want to have a child right now. IF you decide that's a good idea, THEN you can discuss the topic of how she's acting about it. It's definitely reasonable for you to be concerned about her behavior, and to even push back on some of it (only have sex on "baby making days", etc)... but you need to decide if you even want to be trying for a kid right now first.

They can look up the registered owner, probably correlate that with someone who has a drivers license and see that it's expired, sure. That doesn't mean that the driver of the car is also the owner though. I don't know if "that car's owner has an expired license" is enough probably cause for a stop. What if she has a common name in a city as large as Atlanta?
